Disgusting service from Hirschs springfield

I bought a bosch glass top hob from Hirschs homestore in springfield park durban. It is still under warranty and this hob has been sent for repairs as it stopped working completely 4 times in the last year due to it not being repaired properly. Hirsch has given me the utmost horrible and ********** service. I am now still sitting with a broken hob again for 3 weeks and no one has called or made any effort to have it repaired. I am frustrated to constantly be calling and emailing and getting no where. I cannot understand how something can go in for repairs 4 times and they fault not be sorted out. Hirsch refuses to replace us with a new hob. Please stay far, far away from this store as you will be pulling out your hair should anything you buy from there break. Disgusted by your awful service Hirsch!! Especially a hob been an appliciance for daily use
