Disgusting service Divashen, Preline, Hirsch's

<p>Preline failed to give me the correct information required by the branch when collecting an Item. The driver I had hired was refused collection beacuse she didn't tell us that we need to print the invoice. I clled the branch (Nishan) who wanted me to send them an email for the go ahead. She messed up my online order by giving the Milnerton branch the wrong order number, I had to call her and the branch to make sure the driver took back the wrong item. I had an unhappy driver who had missed his next delivery because of the chaos and wanted more money from me.
