Disgusting service

<p>In August 2016 I bought a Haier washing maching and teh sales person ws Sherwin who has since left the company. I tried on several occasions to request them to assist me in trouble shooting as I found their manual rather challenging. The consultant who helped me in trouble shooting was Munaaf who was not going to assist me after 5pm after my knock off time. I then left the office earlier than usual. The washing process of 01:20 miutes took 4 hours and I was convinced by Sherwin that that machine was going to save me water and electricity, which it did not. I drove back to their shop at K90 on Saturday 121116, to date no one has called me. I actually demanded that they pay me my money back and they should collect their machine.</p>
