Disgusting Service

The service at Hirsch Meadowdale is disgusting. Even one of the Shopkeepers / Managing Director is really not customer centric. They took in my AEG iron for repairs and I never got it back. They wanted to give me an iron which was not mine that had a broken cord. They took my receipt of proof that I handed in my iron at them. When I asked for the receipt the manageress **** with a straight face and claimed to have given me the receipt back. They only paid back the assessment fee. This is a businesses that South Africans should stop supporting so that they can be forced to close shop. They are pathetic.
