Disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting service from Hirsch’s. I placed an order on the 7th of November 2024. Got a confirmation email saying that my order is on status “stock transfer “. I called Hirsch’s on Monday asking for an update and was advised my order would be ready for collection no later than Friday 15 November 2024. Today 13 November I get a call from Hirsch’s stating that stock is expected to arrive on the 25th of November, onwards whereby I will then get an update on my order. It’s not guaranteed that they will receive stock on the 25th then it must still get distributed. Absolutely disgusting customer service and to wait this long for a product that showed in stock at other branches.
