Disgusting customer service

We have an extended warranty on our washing machine. To replace a seal and slides. This has now been going on 3 weeks to try and get it sorted. First they had the "Wrong number" then someome came to look at the machine and left. We had to ask days later whats going on. We were told they will call us back. Next min after 4pm in a friday some with a half broken down vehicle shows up and says his here to collect the machine. We were not informed of it nor why or for how long. We sent him away and called hirch they said they will call us back on monday first thing. 3pm i called them and was told they will call me back shorlty. Im still waiting on this call.
