Disgusting Customer Service

I have been to Hirsch - Fourways Branch 7 times trying to get a filter for my Electrolux vacuum cleaner. <br> <br> The staff promises to call back but never does. at one visit the very person who promised to help me previously asked who i had dealt with before. <br> <br> I have dealt with 4 people now in the spares department and one 1 of them has ever called me back. <br> <br> Another time the filter I ordered was apparently sold to another customer. <br> <br> I have paid for this filter weeks ago, only to collect the wrong filter. I complained in store when I returned the filter ( my sixth visit ) and the spares department assured me that I would be contacted within the week ( this was 5 weeks ago ). <br> <br> I have spent more in fuel and time than the price of the filter. <br> <br>
