DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>********** customer service from Hillcrest Hirsch. I've never come across such a useless branch. For a whole month now I've been trying to get my outback gas braai fixed, which is still under warrenty. I have had to repeat the same story to 10 different people (including managers) about what is wrong and that they need to come collect the braai and take it to the service department. On two different occasions a repair man has come to "fix" it and both times I haven't been home cause they randomly decide to pitch up at my house giving me 10 min notice. Both times they haven't been able to do anything. Then I get no feedback on what they are going to do about it. I will NEVER EVER buy another appliance from Hirsch and I will make sure everyone around me knows about this story too. </p>
