Disgusting attitude!!

Hirsch's Homestore - you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! My parents who are pensioners and have only ever bought appliances from you, went in today to have a repair done on a vacuum cleaner that cost R2000 and you insisted on a handling free of R650 to just take the appliance in!! When my father queried this, he was basically told if he doesn’t like it he could take the appliance and leave. Not even a discount for pensioners on what is already a ridiculous fee to take the appliance in, not even to repair it! This is DISGUSTING from a store that promotes itself as a family store and is pure ****************!!!! They and myself will never ever shop at your stores ever again!!
