DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

My TV with an extended guarantee packed up and I was told very sarcastically it would cost R1600 call out fees because I did not read the fine print of 50Km radius only. Nevertheless I personally took my TV in on Thursday 10 December. Too late for delivery cos they leave early in the morning I was told. Friday still no delivery to repair reason unknown.Today Monday still not delivered for repairs. I have been a loyal good supporter of Hirsch for many years but am sorry I never looked at Hello Peter website before purchasing from them. Selling to the customer is amazing with excellent sales persons but after care NON EXISTENT
