Disgraceful Aftercare Service - Absolutely pathetic

Amazing that they sold so many qualities of the product and their after care service, but when something happens nothing gets done about it unless you make a follow up. Bought a top of the range washing machine and it breaks less than 5 months into use and I have to keep calling them to get some form of response from them. Each time I call apparently they are on call for that day and will contact me. 2 weeks later, I keep making a follow up and still get told that someone will call or come today.... Pathetic!!!!
