Discusted customer

We have bought a Grafton Everest Caledon lounge suite from the Silverlakes branch for R22 000 on the 31st of March and within a few days the seating was like rocks and the back of the seats were killing our backs so much so that I reported it on the 10th of April to Mrs Naidoo the manager and they said we can return it but to our surprise they deducted R6000 for "handling fee". We feel this is absolutely absurd!
