Disappointment in providing after sales service

I bought a Defy powerstick on 4 July 2022. Beginning for July 2023 the filters were replaced by a defy agent at Hirsch's. The personnel at Hirsch's told me I need to replace the filters when the powerstick is making load noise and not working properly. I told them that I struggle to buy the filters and asked for their assistance. They said they would assist me in finding the filters. Close to 3 months later and numerous phone calls still no feedback.
