Disappointment in hirsch's

Fridge went for repairing finally after begging them last week and 2 days later packed up again. Started the begging again and them promising to fetch it making me wait till 10 in the night but never came. Very disappointing. I have kids so u guys know how hard it is to keep things nice and which I've done for 3 years and on the first experience with hirsh they take it and dent and scratch it. How would u feel if u appreciate your stuff but someone else destroys it. I personally would buy anything from them because when you buying they all smiles and promise you the world but once its paid they turn their face. Along as they get commission we as customers become dogs. I bought from game plenty of times and never had a problem.
