Disappointment!!

Our air fryer broke and we took it back to Hirschs more then 6 weeks ago. They told us no worries they wil send it to the surplier and let us know, a week past the lady (Desire/ Denise) called me and said we can come and collect they gave us a new one so we went there and she said oh no we must pick a different one . We don't want a different one . So a week past stil no good news then another week past and I called the lady and asked her could you rather give us our money back and she said yes we can do so and another 2weeks past and still no follow up or money back !!!! This is disgusting and disappointing I will never recommend this store !!!
