Demo/Used Washing Machine

On the 26 November I bought a defy washing machine front loader online I was expecting a delivery within 5-7 working days, after a week of waiting they sent me an email stating that they don't have stock I must wait for New Year's Eve or take something else when I checked online they had the same washing machine on stock and I questioned them they said they will deliver within 3-5 working days. Today the washing machine was delivered and I was not at home but when I came back I noticed that the washing machine is not in a box and it's an used washing machine.
