DELONGHI MULTIFRY

We purchased a Delonghi Multifry amongst other appliances 12 months ago at the fourways branch, after less than 6 months the paddle plastic cracked. We went back to Hirschs numerous times and they did not come back to us at all. Only after numerous phone call and lost reference numbers (allegedly due to a system change). It seems they only want to sell new items and not honor warranties or spares requests. Delonghi does cover paddles by warranty even though it broke in the first six months ( will not buy a Delonghi again)
