Defy spares never ordered.
I have been trying to get a replacement glass platter for my Defy microwave oven since Oct 2020.
I have repeatedly tried to find out why you will not order the part, which I confirmed with Defy was in stock at the time.
All I ever get is promises that it will be ordered and that someone will get to the bottom of it.
Only nobody ever phones me back or has any answers as to what the problem is.
As one of 2 companies that are "allowed" to order spares for defy, this monopolistic attitude to service is pathetic.
If this is the experience for this, you can be sure that I will never actually buy any products out of your stores.

29 Dec 2020, 14:12After emailing the head office with the post above, I finally got some action and they have again said that they will order the part. We will see if anything actually happens this time.
