Defy fridge factory fault

Bought a Defy fridge from Hirsch's which was delivered on the 19/01/2016. The fridge was in good looking condition and everything works fine except for the water dispenser which doesn't work properly. It either only trickles or doesn't dispense water at all when pressing the lever. I informed Hirsch's last week about this. I was required to call the servicing department and give them details. I have not heard from them since. Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient for me to have to chase this!
