Defy 195l Deep freezer

Purchased a Defy 195 deep freezer due to the sales man. Said it was better than the KIC so I went with his advice as he said their after service is good. Delivered and there were issues with it. Called and complained. Waited 2 days and so feedback. Called back and was told it was supposed to be resolved but nothing happened so was told 5 minutes time I would get a call back. 1 hour later I call again to be told the same thing. This continued daily. Now I was told it will be replaced. 1 week later and no change. I have purchased from here before with no issued but now I have an issue and their service is abysmal. I haven't got a single call back from them. I have to keep calling or going in to the store for assistance. Going to get the store manager involved next as I am just fed up of this service
