Defective Samsung Plasma TV

<p>I purchased a Samsung Plasma TV in 2013 from Hirchs. In 2015 the screen developed a green line and was replaced by Samsung. Less than 18 months after being repaired the same problem has emerged again. This model of TV from Samsung is clearly defective and should be replaced. However after weeks of communication with Samsung i was contacted and told that they would need to have the Tv assessed. It has been weeks now since the assessment report confirmed that the screen needs to be replaced again. However no one from Samsung has contacted us. We have sent several emails to the Samsung customer help to no avail.</p>
