Im disgusted by the service received by your Meadowdale (Edenvale Store). I bought my appliance a year ago and discovered that the kettle was faulty. I have been given the run around by the store assistant Elaine (promised to resolve my issue ), the store manager. I also sent a complaint to Sandhya from head office. Finally, 10 working days ago Sandhya promise to exchange the faulty SMEG kettle only for them to tell me they don't have it after I followed up. Completely wasting my time.

I will never spend my hard-earned money in any HIRCHS AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE OF MY EXPERIENCE.
