Damaged sofa not yet replaced

We purchased leather sofas from Hirschs Springfield two weeks ago, one was damaged and still hasn't been replaced. We were promised a replacement, stayed at home and no one arrived. Very very poor communication. Please pick up all the sofas and refund my money - expected better from Hirschs.
