I would like to express my sincere admiration for the outstanding effort and service offered by Mr Welcome Phelelani Cele at Hirsch’s UMhlanga. I appreciate the fantastic service he provided me during my purchase of a washing machine and a fridge. Regardless of the dimension issue I was facing that rendered both of those purchases to be very particular of size. However, Mr Cele was able to go out of his way to find the excellent quality product that will fit the dimensions I wanted due to space limitation issues at my apartment.

Therefore, I admire the professionalism, duty and care he showed and the hard work and dedication in making my critical project a great success. I believe his attributes has indeed brightened the entire Hirsch’s team immensely.

Mr Cele has got the approach to do things a little differently, which has helped set his employer’s brand name apart from the competition. He went well above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t have achieved this complicated purchase without him.
