Complaint regarding fridge not replaced as promised

I would like to share my experience. I bought a fridge on the 8th of November 2022. It worked for 2 days. A technician was dispatched to have a look and confirmed that the unit need to be replaced due to an internal leak. The call centre contacted me and advised that the exact same unit was out of stock and would take about 1-2 weeks to deliver. It is now 4 weeks later and I have been battling to get through to someone via phone and email. To this day I have not had any feedback regarding delivery. Can this platform please assist.
