Complaint re really bad service

Buying appliances with their warranties from Hirsch's Centurion for over a decade, call for service assitance on broken washing machine, provide error code, pay R800, 00 call out fee for a technicial person that arrives at my home, looks at the washing machine does not touch it , leaves without calling me as requested, tells my helper they can't fix it today as they dont have the time. When I call Hirsch's sales person tells me they knew what was wrong as they had the error code. So why charge me R800, 00 upfront? This is going straight to consumer protection. By the way the same salesman tells me it will cost R6000, 00 to fix (they did not even check anything)and tries to sell me another machine!!! Sies
