Complaint

I have purchased a whirlpool glass top stove. 3 months later it cracked I called Hirsch'smeadowdale immediately They sent a whirlpool person to check and without even speaking to me he came in my home took photos. He then reported it was neglegance. I have tried numerous times to explain to them that I did bang anything on my stove it cracked just after I turned it on just as I was about to place a small pan also it was a really cold day. They refuse to help and even though when buying it they set talk you about a warranty and guarantee it makes no difference to them.
