Complaint

I bought a gas/electric stove and it had a whistling kettle as an additional free offer. The gas/electric stove was delivered and I noticed that the whistling kettle was not delivered. I brought that fact to their attention and was informed that maybe it was a mistake or maybe it was not available when my order was delivered. I spoke to my salesman Mr Byron - *** and he promised to look at the matter and advise me what is happening. He did not come back to me and after three or four weeks I phoned him and he promised to come back to me. After two weeks i phoned him again today and he did not respond.
