Complain about Hirsch

Extremtly bad service, bought a Samsung TV from thier centurion store 2years ago great service by Christopher and even decided to take their advise and took out an extended warranty now the tv is continuiously breaking (screen issues) its been almost three weeks now since they said they will send a technician, i now have to call, complain and follow up on every flipping day, the reason why i took out and paid for that flipping extended warraty was so convinience and peace of mind but now its the opposite, wouldnt advise or recommend anyone to buy that nonsense
