Clueless Assistants

I recently won a R4000 voucher and wanted to buy Cellphones, went to the store in Silverlakes and they were helpful told me they don’t keep phones in their stores- it’s either I buy online or go to Samsung store at Mall of Africa or Sandton. I then contacted Hirsch’s online team which said I must go to the store in Mall of Africa or Sandton which they are both far , prior to going to the store I contacted Samsung Mall of Africa and guy by the name of Tshepo confirmed that the voucher is valid and I cannot buy over the phone I will need to come in store since it’s a process that will require even opening an account, I then sent someone to go buy on my behalf, the person I sent was turned away without even looking at voucher like Tshepo did over the phone. I called and spoke to a person who said he need to speak to the manager, I even copied them email of convo I had with online consultant - my worry is that I stay far from the store and I don’t have luxury of time to be going to their store.
