Cant get any service

<p>We had our dishwasher repaired by Hirsch Stubensvally in December. I had to keep following up finally got.it back just before Christmas. Was out the country for a while. But Feb called them to.advise that my dishwasher wasnt cleaning my plates. Followed up several times no come back. Called again 17 March said they would call back. No one came back.to me called again 24 March spoke.to.Casandra gave me refrence number 462554 and promised a technician would come.Monday 27th at 8h30 he didn't show. Finally I had to.follow up technician Abel called to say he would come that day before.1w. He.arrived did nothing. I AGAIN had to.follow.up. No one got.back to me. 30th March I called Margaret Hirsch on cell phone number in store. Spoke with her P.A. Fray she said she.would personally follow.up. AGAIN no one got back to.me AGAIN I had to call on 10 April spoke to Fray to say no one has got back to me. Finally got a call back from Maryann at Stubensvally store to say sorry she was new, but the technician said that the wheels and a part of the top basket was missing. They had the parts in store. I asked would this cause my dishes to not be washed. Maryann said she did mot know would talk to the technician and call me the next day. AGAIN no one called back. I tried calling Margaret Hirsh on her mobile 25th April she ended the call with an sms saying busy now will call later. Never heard back from her.AGAIN i had to follow up, called Margaret Hirsch PA Fray 15 May, she promissed someone would call me back. AGAIN no one called back. Finally I threatened to go to Hellopeter Maryann from Hirsch called to say they could not help me further until I paid the call out fee. My response was but since you.repaired it.it doesnt clean my dishes, I have not used it this entire year. I am happy to pay for call out if you had said so.to start with. Please send.me an invoice. Also what am i payong for i still habe no feedback if the missing wheels are why.my dishes are not being cleanes. 4 months or running agter you and now you make out that i am at fault. Spoke again today. They promised they have sent invoice AGAIN i have heard nothimg.</p>
