Bunch of clowns

I can see why trust is so low in this company. I've ordered (and paid) for some parts from them, and been waiting for over a month now. I followed up once a week, and kept getting the same answers that they are just waiting for their supplier. Great, but then maybe you shouldn't *take my money* if you are going to just hold onto it for months. Get the parts first. Or update me on the progress please. Anyway, it's now reached the point where they just don't reply to my mails anymore, so I guess that money is just lost. Thanks for taking my money, Hirsch's.

They should take a long hard look at their business, read through these reviews here on Hello Peter, and decide to do something about their bad service.
