Broken television from Hirschs

I purchased a TV from Strubensvalley Hirsch's. When I set it up at home there were dead pixels on the screen. Reported it immediately. A few days later the manager sent out a repair team. Why would I want a new TV repaired. The technician advised that the TV should be replaced. Week after week I got told stories about the supplier not having stock. Then I get called and told that there is stock only to get told that it was a mistake. 6 weeks later I went to the store. The manager, Kershen, was sitting and his desk and doodling his name on a piece of paper. I asked him what was happening, and he shrugged his shoulders telling me that there is nothing that he can do. I asked for a refund and for him to collect his TV. 2 days later, I am still waiting. The service from this group is absolutely appalling!
