Broken promises by Garfield at Hirsch Silver lakes

I wanted a smeg gas hob .I went to the store and they said they had a unit .They then said the unit was at another store and i must make payment .They will deliver .I asked twice if they sure .Now they call and give excuses regarding stock and delivery. The brand is selling stock not available and making promises they can't keep just to close a sale .Silver lakes hirsch is not keeping to their word
