Broken promises and lies!!

I have a credit note dated 3/12/2015, which Hirsch insisted they would refund into my cheque account. Despite going into the branch twice, making several phone calls, furnishing my bank details on most occasions, being promised the credit will be passed \in a few days\" - this is yet to happen. Broken promises and lies!!!"
