Broken new fridge

Very quick to sell you stuff, but simply non responsive when you have a problem. My new fridge is not getting cold, and despite many attempts to reach Hirsch's zip feeback, zip response. I always thought Hirsch's was a great brand, but it seems they only interested in the sale.
