Bosch Series 8 Microwave unable to use

We bought a Series 8 Microwave (CMG7241B1) from Hirsch's in Centurion in July 2024. The microwave lasted barely a month before it started coming up with an E1003 error when you turn it on. Numerous service calls later and it's still not resolved. There is also an issue with the door sensor incorrectly thinking the door is open when it's closed, which means you can't use the microwave until you remove it from the cabinet and switch it off at the wall to reset.

Hirsch refuses to replace / refund the unit and continues to try and get Bosch to service the appliance obviously hoping that the warranty will run out soon which will leave me with no recourse.
