Bosch Extractor

I bought a brand-new Bosch Extractor from Hirsch's in 2025 on Mother's Day. I enquired that the extractor is not working before the end of that month. I have had 4 call-out to tell me the thing is not working. They replaced the motor inside the extractor and IT IS STILL NOT WORKING. How many people need to tell me my Bosch Extractor is not working! It's been a whole year later and I am still fighting about the same extractor that they have not replaced or fixed.
