Big service for a small item!

I bought a bar fridge for my daughter, a student in res at UCT, and was assured of delivery within a week. I got a call on the delivery day to inform me of supply issues. I'm in Durban. Nishan from Milnerton Hirsch's took charge of the situation and handled it courteously and professionally, managing to get a fridge to the anxious teenager as promised.
