Beyond satisfied with their service! Excellent!

I was very vary of ordering from Hirsch's online service. I emailed their online service first to find out if the product is available. Their turnaround time on a query was less than 5 hours! Which is amazing for such a large company! I took the plunge and ordered and paid online and what an amazing experience! I ordered a Smeg gas stove from them yesterday morning, this morning, 24hrs later, the courier company phoned me to deliver my stove!! After the confirmation email indicated that delivery would take 5-7 working days. I think their service is way beyond excellent!! Well done, Hirsch's... and thank you!!
