Beware of Hirsh's!

We bought a Samsung Frensch door Fridge freezer cash from Hirsh Centurion 2 weeks before lockdown started. It was promptly delivered. I went back to Hirsh personally a week later because the shelf frames were cracked. The salesman **** to my face but I was promised ALL shelves will be replaced by manager. I had to go personally go pick up the replacement shelves a day before lockdown started. come to find out one shelf replacement is missing. Hirsch was supposed to pick up the broken shelves after lockdown ended for them. They never called to resolve the matter, I noticed the doors were open. I went back to the store with pictures about the still broken shelf and the boxes at my house asking for the last shelf to be replaced. Manager was not there but I was promised he would call. He never did. We tracked him down after 3 days calling and was told that the one replacement missing shelf might not be in the store. That was 3 days ago -no resolution or offer for resolution . The faulty shelves are still at my house with no arrangements to have them picked up. Unbelievably bad service!
