BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PURCHASE AT HIRSHS

Bought a product from the store for cash. didnt open the product and returned the product to the store in under 30days. They refused to refund me in cash. Informed they going to deduct R250 for handling fees which they cannot explain what is handling fees as they didnt handle anything. promised an EFT refund within 5 days which NEVER took place. Had to call in and a wonderful lady by the name of Jaydene promised to do the refund as I write this post. Only will have to wait and see when it does reflect into my bank acc.
