Be careful when you buy a stove

About a week ago, I went to Hirsch in Rosebank in order to buy a new stove. I told the saleslady that the most important thing for me in a stove was that it should have a thermo fan in the oven She showed me an expensive model but told me that she had a cheaper model at the back that also had a thermo fan and showed me the specification that said it had one. I ordered the stove and had it delivered. I did not use it for a few days and then tried to bake a casserole in the oven. Not only did it not have a fan but the door of the oven was dripping with moisture when I removed the food. I telephoned Hirch to ask if I could replace the stove with one that had a fan but they said they would charge me an extra 20% of the price because I have used the oven once. I think this is most unfair as I did not order this stove in the first place but did not notice it until I used the oven. The saleslady **** to me and my daughter was with me and knows that it is the case. I would advise people not to use this store.
