Be careful when purchasing at Hirches Hillcrest

Disappointed i would caution others to use Hirches Hillcrest. Great service to get the sale but once you commit it's just a battle. They more worried about making a sale than actual caring about the client... I purchased a fridge and in the manual I am supposed to have certain parts. When I question it with them they say no it's not included and must spend more money to have it included... why was this not disclosed from the start!! That was my last purchase at Hirches Hillcrest I will no longer give them my business!
