Bad turn around time to do minor repair

Dropped my Nesspreso machine off at Hirsch's where I bought it on the 2nd Feb 2016. <br> Was told how efficient Nesspreso was and they would do the repair and deliver the machine back to me. <br> Said that I would pick it up, no need to deliver back to me. <br> Phoned Hirsch's 3 times to find out if it is ready and was told that they would contact me when it was ready....<br> It is now the 18th Feb 2016 still no joy. <div><br></div><div>(Supplier name changed from Nespresso to Hirsch's by hellopeter.com)</div>
