Bad Service Order ***

Bought a faulty defy fridge from them 2 years ago (the pipes installed was incorrect and this caused it to corrode) no one informed us of this nor was these fridges recalled. I have been waiting 2 weeks for this fridge to be fixed. I asked the online (Trish) to sort it out. I was told I will be emailed, I was never emailed on the status of this repair. When I asked Trish why these fridges was not recalled she told me I must ask Defy! what utter *******! I did not buy this fridge from defy I bought it from Hirsh's! I a not a happy customer at all!
