Bad service on returned item

<p></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">I bought a small appliance (a mosquito repellent lamp) at Hirsch's in Hillcrest about 5 weeks ago. After using the appliance for a week and not being satisfied that it was doing what it should (repelling or getting rid of mosquitos) I returned it to them 5 days later. The sales assistant was not very helpful and said that they could not give a cash refund, bit would rather do an eft and I would be charged a 10% handling fee (which is fine). But after 2 weeks nothing had been done. I returned to Hirsch and the same sales assistant said that the lady who deals with returns was not in that day and he would get her to contact me on Sa****ay. She did not, and still no money has been transferred. We have always loyally supported Hirsch and I was disappointed with the lack of service on the returning a minor item.</p>
