Bad service hirschs strubensvally

Hi I made contact with a sales person from hirschs strubensvally regarding an extractor fan for my oven the lady told me there were 3 in stock on Sunday I unfortunately didn't make it to the store on time so I contacted her yesterday to go and buy the extractor fan she then told me she's at makro exchanging her child's bicycle but would be there shortly after waiting for almost 30 minutes she still wasn't back and then to find out there's no stock from another sales person but why couldn't the sales lady just have told me that in the first place instead of me wasting my time and diesel going there after I had made contact with her prior to going to the store the sales lady also informed me that she invoiced the extractor fan for me on Sunday but then passed a credit back to stock this to me is very poor service and I won't be going back to the store ever again
