Bad service Hirsch’s and Defy

As a customer I have always supported Hirsch’s so the natural progression when I moved to Knysna was to purchase all my appliances from them.

When I started my home, I bought only Defy, and literally only had to replace my items 20 years later. How that has changed, I purchased a number of items from Hirsch’s and literally 1 year later, my dishwasher has packed up. A necessity in my house, not a luxury. It’s been three weeks, defy rep gets sent out, indicates that part needs to be ordered, orders wrong part and here I am, still waiting. Yet, when I bought the item, the warranty was thrown at me, the product name, and as a client, I must sit and wait.

Hirsch “s literally blames Defy, well if you cannot control your supplier, then choose not to sell the product, as it’s your reputation when you cannot deliver on after sales service!!!!

Hiirsch”s committed to dates, but cannot deliver and ensure that Defy actually delivers.

I was warned, but I chose to stick to a brand I knew, guys, firstly Defy is certainly not what it used to be
