Bad service Hirsch

I had a bad experience with Hirsch meadovale. I bought a nutribullet through Discovery and it broke in the first week. I returned it and after 2 weeks I was told its been replaced. So i paid the courier charges and now we are waiting. After about 6 calls I phone Chrissie the manager who promised to get back to me. But still 3 working days later and no news?! Pathetic lot!
